Pin House Apartment - Hualien City

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always there to assist with any needs or questions we had. The location was also great, with plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided in the lobby.

That the drain in the bathroom basin didn't flow very well, which made it a bit inconvenient during our stay. Another issue was that the hotel was a bit difficult to reach by public transportation if you aren't familiar with the local language.

Wanted to see Hualien City popular places and this apartment was nice base for exploring most of them.

We stayed at a hotel in the city center, close to the lively night market and a short 10-minute drive from the train station. the surrounding area was filled with delicious local food and a variety of shops. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. One thing that really stood out was how considerate they were. They checked our arrival time and ensured that the air conditioning was turned on before we arrived. the hotel itself was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided in the lobby. the option to decline daily cleaning was presented to us during check-in, which helped reduce the cost of our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if we visit the area.
